FLEX watches had built a significant subscriber fan base after being featured on hit shows (The Real World - MTV) and (The Profit - CNBC). Flex had an incredible amount of customer data and subscriber opt ins that were not being monetized with the right campaign strategy . RL was able to build an aggressive 2-3 email / week CAMPAIGN strategy that segmented their 180K email list into multiple campaigns that extracted as much revenue as possible. Overall, Flex has been able to monetize their existing customer base, building an aggressive long term retention partnership with RL.
